General conditions of purchase / Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-10 business days.
  • Orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or local holidays.
  • Instances of delay, such as those occurring due to high-volume orders, will result in notification to the customer.
  • Delays may occur due to Force Majeur reasons such as strikes, bad weather etc

SHIPPING COMPANY, SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • All orders are shipped through Greek National Post, so at destination the delivery will be done from the Post Company
    that is their corespondent, most probably the National Post Service of the destination Country.
  • To European Countries the delivery estimate is of 5-10 working days.
  • To USA, Canada, Japan and Australia 15-20 working days.
  • To the rest of the world 20-60 working days.
  • The shipping rates are calculated depending the weight, the volume and the destination country.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with Tracking Numbers will be sent upon order shipment.
  • Tracking Numbers will become active within 24 hours of email receipt.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • We do not assume responsibility for any applied customs or taxes.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees that are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES / INSURANCE

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping in case that insurance fee is not requested and payed.
  • Orders received in damaged condition can be made known to the shipment carrier.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

PACKAGE REFUSAL

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs (even if there is a “Free Shipping” offer)
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Items returned must be in their original state.
  • Items that have been purchased in offer price or discounted are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We do not currently offer exchange.
